Default Magnaflows off of long tubes?

I am looking at this setup because i am getting a tunnel mount torque arm. Sounds like you either have to do a y pipe or mufflers off of the collector. I am either getting pace setters or hookers. I want a muffler that is somewhat quiet, i think magnaflows are (correct me if im wrong). Does a setup like this have decent ground clearance? Pics would be good. Thanks!

Nice HOSS.

Here is a pic from my Z with the trak pak:

I know it is hard to see and that the picture is small, but that is 3" pipe coming off of a Y into a 3.5" collector. Doesn't even hit the brace.
