Default price of installing a cut out or TD

well i want something a little louder. my friend is selling his Tsp TDs real cheap so i figured id either go with those or just put in a cut out. what do shops usually charge to install both of these? and would i be right to say that the cut out would be a little louder but sound shittier?

i paid 40 bucks and tipped him 20 when he did my cutout. I could of got away with less but ive been going to this guy for years so when i need cats cut out and straight pipes put in something its not a problem. I like the sound of a cutout too.

You don't need to run a cutout if you're running duals with straight through mufflers.

Some places will rip you on prices though. don't pay more than 50$ for a cut-out install.

Good tip, I paid $40. If I were you, I'd just run TD's you'll like it more in the long run and you can install them yourself.
