What all do I need?
If this has been asked before, I apologize, I didn't know exactly what terms to search for.
I bought a set of Coated Hooker LT's.
They came with O2 extensions, gaskets, and bolts.
I also bought the "Percy's" header gaskets.
What else will I need for the install? We're going to install the headers and trailer to exhaust for custom duals. Will it hurt anything to fire the car up after the header install (O2 sensors maybe?) to make sure everything is buttoned up?
Also, I'm going to swap plugs while I have my hands dirty. What plugs is everybody running now?
It is a 383, Stage II heads, small cam (upgrading soon I hope), if that matters to plug selection. I MAY spray in the future, depending on Dyno results.
Thanks in advance guys!

Also... is there a walk-thru or the like for installing headers???
Not to come across as an idiot, I'd just like to know what to expect before jumping ***-deep into this and running into something I'm not prepared for.

I'll check out the "how to" link... thanks!
Anything such as tools or supplies you guys can think of off the top of your head?

you need to jack up the car at least 2 ft in the front. if done on the driveway or in your garage, put the rear tires on ramps and get 2 floor jacks and jacks stands. use one jack to jack up one side (won't be able to jack the car up from the front while on ramps). then use the 2nd jack up front and get to the desired height and put the jack stands up front. i've done a tranny swap in my driveway like that, so i think you should be able to install headers. just be careful that on the passenger side you don't hit the starter and spark...
good-luck!
