Wouldn't make enough of a difference to be worth it at the point you're at.
You can take that $1200 or so and put it towards a set of heads. Heads/cam/LS6 intake will make tons more power than cam/90/90. You could also buy a pretty decent nitrous setup for $1200.

I agree that $1200 will get you more power w/ heads or a nitrous kit but not everyone has the ability or wants to do heads. In my case I've had an LS6 for a couple years and decided to upgrade w/ my cam-only setup. I bought a used fast 90 for $600 and a NW 90mm TB for another $400. I then sold my LS6 for $300 so basically I upgraded for $700...much more reasonable than $1200 flat out if you ask me. Now I will probably end up doing heads later anyways but for a relatively quick mod that maximizes airflow I got what I wanted out of it (dyno in sig). Now if it's a mild cam I wouldn't recommend it as the gains won't be as much.

i have to agree with the h/c guys. i would rather have a decent set of heads to go with a cam befoire i sent the $$$ on a fast combo. if you cant flow the added air, whats the point.

[QUOTE=Red99TA]That doesn't make any sense. You will gain that even if you were cam only with the 233/239. Hell, I gained more than that with stock heads. I don't know why TSP would tell you that. You've got a nice set of heads and a relatively big cam so you would see major gains w/ a 90/90 over the LS6 IMO.[/QUOTE
I thought that there should have been a better gain than 10 hp, but there isn't a whole lot of dyno comparisons to go by. And there is to many variables with too many combinations, so for now I think I'll keep my money in my pocket until more side by side comparisons show up.
