Default will this cam 224/236 work with my springs?

i have CM ex-612 springs. i would like to get the 224/236/114LSA blower cam from CM but not sure if my springs will be okay?

easy one...whats the lift on the springs and whats the lift on the cam?

i think the springs are good for 600 lift?? CM or now the yare called NRP doesn't have them on there site anymore that i saw?

and they have two cams the size i said 224/236/114LSA one is something like 500ish and the other is 605 if i'm correct. i just want the one for 5-12psi. as i will be running bout 10psi. nobody must run these springs anymore,years ago i remember people using them.. i dunno
