Intake manifold off - seafoam deep creep the ports?

Intake manifold off - seafoam deep creep the ports? like the title says, my intake manifold is off and im putting on the ls6 one tomorrow. I cleaned up the ports on the heads best I could with carb cleaner but they are still really dirty so I was thinking about getting some sea foam deep creep and hosing them down in that.
So i guess my question is, will it be ok to spray it down the ports like that or not?
