Does the oil filler tube come off/out of the valve cover?

Not sure what that means.

So how does it come off/out? Pull hard? Is it connected to something else?

Yes it comes out. You have to remove the valve cover, pop a clip loose, then it will unscrew.

I only say this because this section sees an unusually heavy amount of traffic, me and Jordan (orangeapeel) have to take our crazy pills sometimes because of it.
