Where to put Cutout?
I have pacesetter lt's and I'm ordering a tsp ORY and a tsp rumbler catback I want put a cutout but don't know the perfect place to put it? Should I go with one cutout or two? Pics would help too.

You're going to have a TSP Rumbler (their version of a LM), an ORY, and you want a cutout too? You'll be deaf in 3 years!
If you so choose, then I'd put the cutout after the y-pipe and before the bullet in the exhaust. Other than that, the cutout is a waste of money IMO.

so i should cut the pipe from the end of the bullet that goes into the y and weld the cutout to the bullet? Is cutout gonna be long enough to go into the y?

A cutout is not necessary with the tsp rumbler. It will be plenty loud by itself.
