Default exhaust

I have a ls1 engine with victor jr, 750 carb, hooker long tubes, every thing else is stock, will a pretty much stock engine run better with exhaust or open headers, want to take it to the track, it feels pretty strong open but not sure.

Won't really make a ****, but you'll probably have a little better bottom end if you do some kind of an exhaust system. You will also not go deaf after 10 minutes either....

Ya LOL. i dont think i will drive it out, so i can stand open headers, i have always ran that way on my other hot rods at the track, i think it probably would have better low end with exhaust but i have a 3600 stall,
