Default Fouled a plug?

on the way home sunday it was wet and the roads had puddles in them. I have the slp air pack that goes down off the bottom of the air dam on my car off the road, i think i might of sucked water up into my car but im not sure. Its 10' out now so i wouldnt think it would be water but the car at 1/4 throttle feels like half the car is running at wot the car has its power???

I hightly doubt any water made it into the motor, and if a tiny bit did, it would just be burned off/evaporate. You can pull the plugs out and check them, but make sure it's not just in your mind before you start tearing **** down.
