Default 02 sensor question

Is there a real diffrence between the front right o2 sensor and the front left one? I just put a new AC Delco left one on the right side
Any help would be greatly appreciated. The part #'s are diffrent

I thought they were identical...it makes no sense why they would be different.

That is what I am hoping to hear! That is what I was thinking also. Do the front 02 sensors talk to each other to make sure they are working right? Maybe the right one is a guy and the left one is a girl? I mean I am always down for girl on girl as long as the car runs right! Any tuners have any input?

the wires and plug in are identicl but i heard they can not be switched? Im in the same boat

They are the same. The only difference is one is longer than the other. Front, rear, left, right, it will work........
