Default Cruise Control Cable

How the hell do you remove it from the TB?I don't have TCS on my car so the TB has two cables, the throttle cable I got off just fine but I can not figure out how to get the cruise control cable off. I can get the clip to pop out so you can move the adjuster but I just can't see how it comes off. It's plastic so I don't want to mess around with it too much and break it.
Thanks in advance,

You just slide it toward the front of the car and it should pop off the post. If you look behind it, you'll see what I mean.

Doesn't look like that piece slides? I'm just scared to break it since its so small and it's cold out.

How do you get the plastic clip to come out? Just pry with a screwdriver?
