Default Dynatech Header Owners/Exp. inside pls

I just bought these headers for my 2002 T/A, I have had exp before with them when they still sold them Ceramic Coated. Its been a while and I wont be able to look at the car until this saturday.

I was wondering on the NON-EGR cars, 2001-2002 did your header come with the EGR tube?? The instruction states these are universal as far as the kit is concerned.

Either way I bought a block off kit, due to the fact the kit didnt come with that. I just was wondering if anyone else noticed this.

Let me know.

Aside from that, this is the most complete kit I have ever encountered!

Part#115-732300S is 98-99
Part#115-732325S is 00-02
according to their site

I don't have the kit, but it only makes sense that they wouldn't use the exact same item if they're going to advertise 2 different kits (and the picture on their site doesn't include EGR). Check your box, you may have ordered/received the wrong kit.

They are very nice quality headers. They also slip right in, I just had to remove the oil filter to get them in. I've never heard anyone complaining about them.

The headers do have an EGR tube, but it is already blocked off so you need no other kit.

My car sounds bad ****** *** with cats and magnaflow exhaust , I'm always getting compliments and complaints .

Awesome, I found a issue of GMHTP when they put headers on the Red Ws.6 and it was the exact same way, the plug wasnt already in the header and I went through the entire kit and no plug, but I ordere one from LS1speed.com, no biggie, I am sure ill find it afterwards.

thanks for the input.

I hope with the headers, cats, and Corsa I get the same!

I have the samesetup as you dude. Sounds ****** stout with the magnaflow! Although I took out my cats and slipped in a couple straight offroad pipes that thunder racing now makes for the supermaxx system. If your interested in going catless you should check them out.

Yeah, install was a brease but did have to take out oil filter also.
Dynatech makes the system for years that have egr and also with no egr.

Yeah I noticed that TR sold the off-road pipes. How much louder is your exhaust without the cats?

My car is already pretty loud as it is, and I think buying the offroad pipes may be a waist of money if I dont like the sound. Any sound clips?

You can order them Jet Hot coated ("Stirling Silver" ceramic coat).

They install very easy and give lots of clearance all around.

The system kit includes everything (including O2 extension cables).

Edit:
115-732325S for 00-02 has an EGR tube with a plug already installed in it;
if you deleted AIR, then you will need AIR block off plates.

My friends car that I did the 1st install on, has a Borla and with no cats and open plate its freakin loud, with the closed plate its def quite and with the cats on its tame. But when you get on it watch out!

I made progress on the car tonight, from a 32k mile stock 5 yr old car some of the bolts are tough. We got both coil packs off, AIR tub, all the manifold bolts, all the spark plugs w/ wires, and got the car on all 4's next is the rear, and stock exhaust, take a air gun to the stock cats then pull out the manifold.

Note: I am doing a 12 bolt swap + BMR suspension and Corsa exhaust

My dynatech's also came without the EGR plug. I called them up and they said I could just buy a brass pipe plug at home depot ~$1.
