Only difference between LT1 - LS1 cat-backs are the hangers. The LT1 hanger on the drivers side is a little different.

I have an LT1 Borla cat-back on my 01 T/A.

Peace,
Craig.

The intermediate pipe (pipe between y-pipe & muffler) is different between LS1/LT1 cars, but like orange said you can make anything fit with a welder.
