I have spiral flows on an out the back dual setup and they are a very tame until I get on the pedal. They are perfect for daily driving and they sound great.

From what I've heard in person, the spirals will be the tamer of the two......but don't let that fool you, they're still loud as *****. I just put 2.5" duals/spiral flows on a 94 stock internal lt1 car a couple weeks ago and they weren't a whole lot quieter than my 1 chambers.

you ever heard any setups with 2.5" duals with a dual in/dual out muffler at the rear(of course)?

I have heard that the Borla XR-1's are the quietest of them all. You might want to look into those. Goodluck TD's is going to be loud either way.

Couldn't tell ya, never heard a rumbler catback. I'd assume it would be very similar in decibels, but totally different in tone.
