its weak as hell, when people go to change their intake manifold they get the brake booster hose caught on it and yank it off and it breaks off at the base

thats what i did. I broke it right in two. There was still the bottom half sitting in the top of the block. Its a damn weak pos.

I had the sending unit/switch start leaking inside the plug and it ran down both side of the bell housing wetting the underside of the trans, starter,etc..

When I purchased the NAPA/Echlin part and socket to replace it, what I found was the guage isn't reading the same oil pressure as before replacement? Different Ohms resistance? Something is different for sure. I am trying to find the applications for the part # online but haven't had much luck.
Any one else had this problem??
