Question about Kooks 3.5" collector headers

Question about Kooks 3.5" collector headers I have Kooks 1 7/8"-2" to 3.5"headers on the way. I ordered the y-pipe that will be needed to attach to the 3.5" collectors. My question is about the cut-out. Will the kooks y-pipe be 3.5" all the way down? I currently have a cutout with a 3" opening that I was using on my TSP y-pipe, but if hte Kooks y-pipe is going to be 3.5" all the way down, then I will have to order a entire new cut out, right?
