Default Thunder Racing Adjustable Tensioner?

I bought one like 2 years ago or so and finally decided to put it on, haha. Anyways, my question is, I didn't spin the pulley on the stock tensioner to see how freely it spins and I didn't think about it and cranked down pretty hard on the bolt when putting the pulley on the new tensioner, can you crush the bearings in them? How freely is it supposed to spin, cuz if I spin it, it goes a couple rotations and stops, doesn't just sit there and spin super freely. Also does anyone have the torque spec for that bolt, so I can tighten it correctly if I have to get a new pulley? And one more thing, when you adjust it, do you just put a little tension on it and then tighten the bolt or really crank the tension on and then tighten? Thanks for any help, it's always the stupid little things that get me, haha!
