Default Battery Relocation- circuit protection

I am relocating my battery to the trunk, and am trying to figure out what to do about circuit protection. I'm thinking about putting a circuit breaker in line instead of a fuse. Any reason not to do that? What rating is sufficient? 200 or 250? The big fuses get expensive, it would be nice just to have a resettable breaker instead.
