Default What intake manifold and TB?

Right now I have a 3.8 but I am building a ls1 I guess. I have the ls1 block with 6 liter heads casting 317 and I was wondering does it make a difference which intake manifold I use and if I should get a 80mm or 90 mm tb?

If you are looking for heads and cam combo, then get the 90/90 for major power. If not the LS6 intake and a ported stocker will always do the trick. Plus it is 1/3rd of the cost.

90/90? A buddy of mine told me that the ls6 intake flows the best and that I should just stick with the 80mm

the LS6 better than the LS1, but while good not the best flowing. The fast 90mm will outflow the LS6 becuase of its bigger size.
