Default Idler pulley problems

I'm having problems with the idler pully coming loose. I had replaced it once thinking something was wrong with it, but now the new one starts to get loose. At first we thought it was the tensioner that was making the belt come off, but then I noticed that the idler pully was coming off. No matter how tight I get it, about every other day it comes loose. Do I get an adjustable tensioner, better belt or what???????????

I would try some lock tight on the threads (blue not red) and maybe change the pully again, mabe you can warenty it with who you bought it from.

The pulley wouldn't be causing the bolt to come out. If the threads are not stripped, you have another vote for the Locktite.
