Comp Cams Hydraulic Roller for the LS1 on a 114 Lobe Center. Go to www.compcams.com for the lobe info. Just look for the lobe # 3753 and 3755.

Just checked, looks to be one of Comp's older grinds, 224/228 @ .050" with .534/.539" Lift.

Yes, those are grind numbers to describe the intake/exhaust lobes, repectively. Obviously a Comp grind as mentioned.
