Get the car up in the air as far as possible. That way you can go in from the bottom.

make sure that the back passenger plug is in before you put the header in...don't leave a coil pack unplugged when you start it

I had to grind a tab off the block on the drivers side to get it in. That was the only issue. I used a lift too so that helped.

You really don't have to grind that tab off. If you can get the car at least 6 feet up in the air...you can manipulate the header enough to go around that.

When we installed my headers we had to jack the motor up just a tad to get the drivers side in. Passenger side slid right in no problems. Like everyone else said, get the car as high in the air as possible and give yourself plenty of time!

remove the coil packs on the passenger side, don't install the back bolt when you re-install the coil packs.

10mm (i think) gear wrench, a friend, a box of band-aids, and a reminder to plug back in the coolant temp sensor.

yeah a 10mm gear wrench is a must. Im guessing your car is an 02 so take the coil packs off and it makes it easier.
