After getting on it a little bit tonight trying to race a C6 I noticed my exhaust was making a loud rattling sound. It sounds like its coming from the muffler. WTF, did I blow it up? Ive had it on the car maybe a week.

last I heard they were having some quality control issues... if you bought it new and have the warranty, get ahold of Corsa and they should replace it. This is what I've heard... good luck.

No problems with mine at all, but ya they will cover it under warrenty if you bought it new.

this is the only thing that scares me about corsa, this is the 2nd or third time i herd about this. should be covered under the warrenty though.

I've had one on my car since '01 and never had any issues. Couple years ago remember reading about a bad batch where one of the internal weld(s) was coming loose on some.

God for the money they charge for their systems they should last the life of your car.

Same thing happened to mine, I bought it used though and when I put it on the car it was already doing it. Guy I bought it from said it was fine when he gave it to me so I screwed the pooch on that one. Anyway warranty should cover it. Great sounding exhaust but Ive heard of this happening a few times. Thats why I went with the gmmg.

i also wonder if it happens to people a lot with heavily modded, cars like if the baffles can't handle all that pressure. also where did you guys get your corsa systems from?
