Default High Flow Cats

Not too familiar w/ these really. Are they worth the money? Seem a bit expensive. A friend highly recomends, but $350 for only about 5 horses?

actually with high flow cats on a aftermarket exhaust...it will refine the sound a bit more and keep that gas smell out of your car...there not a bad idea if your not into the loudness

They also sell some really cheap ones on ebay, that are pretty much gutted cats or straight through mufflers. a good idea if your just looking to pass inspection.
