You may just want to check the grounds, including the battery terminals. Mine were flickering the other night, then I noticed the negative battery terminal lug was stripped. Popped it out, popped in a new one and viola.

agree... alternator!
i had a 1996 z26 beretta that gave me strob lights and a cutting in and out radio. at first i thought i was a battery problem since i got the battery from an autoparts store that wasn't interstate or a well-known brand, but since it came with a 2 year warrenty i returned it and the new battery lasted me only a few hours and 55 miles before draining when i realized it was an alternator problem. sometimes if it isn't that bad, it could just be a voltage regulator

I't's the regulator inside the alternator going bad. You can put a multi meter on it and read D.C. volts, you should have close to 14v. Now put the meter on A.C. volts if any numbers show up the alt will need to be replaced. The alternator creates a "Fake" DC current by using half the ac current that it produces. The Ac current will cause all sorts of electronic hell.
