Default Terrible vibration after Header Install

Just got my car back from the shop after installing Pacesetter LT's, TSP Catted Y-Pipe, Poly motor mount and polly Trans mount. I also did plugs and wires at the same time. When I got my car back there is a terrible vibration somewhere between the transmission and back or atleast it seems that way. The vibration seems to be between 2000-4800 and seems to dissapear after that. I here people tell me of vibrations from the poly Trans mount but I believe its more than that. It vibrates in neutral just reving the engine. Do you think its an exhaust leak? Me and the guy at the shop (Don Lee Auto) can't seem to figure it out. Any info would be great. Thanks
