Default exhaust hitting driveshaft!

so I had my Magnaflow cat-back put on last week and I put it up on a rack at work yesterday to inspect a leaking strut, and I find that the rear U joint has knicks and sracpes on it from hitting the exhaust. How much movement is there to adjust this system? I thought it all fit up there pretty tight. It doesn't hit it when just crusing along, but I'm guessing if I were to unload or load the suspension heavily it would hit. Is there any big problem with this, other than a noise when it happens?

Default

My hooker did that for a little bit, but stopped for some reason....there is a small ding there now. I put a hose clamp around the rubber exhaust hangar on the drivers side near the back, and it seemed to keep things from moving around too much. you should give that a try. I'll hear a sound now every once in a blue moon - only like when I hit a bump dukes of hazzard style
