Longtubes with or without emissions?
I am gonna get a set of Pacesetters LT's but I do not no if I should get it with or without the air/egr flanges... I am planning on removing them both (air/egr) but just in case I am forced to put them back on would it be a good Idea to buy it with the flanges and just plug them or not??

Id say get them with the provisions for your emissions stuff. Several sponsors sell block off plates. If you ever need to put them back on all you have to do is remove the block off and your good to go.

i say get the race, and in the event you need to pass emissions, you keep all of your other **** in a box ...
I just passed my emissions test so I ripped out all my air and am doing my headers next week... trying to just sneak around that

Depends on the state and the rules.
If you are going to fail no matter what for having long tubes get race ones, then you can swap on the OEM manis and smog stuff. If you will fail for too high NOX or visual but not long tubes get the normal ones plug and install if needed.
Me i'd just play it safe and easy get the emssion ones then do block offs, even if it was a long tube fail state just incase you move or laws change.
