Default Car is Slower with FAST 90, NW 90

Well kinda weird i previously trapped 117-118ish 11.90s-12.0s

Since then i added a fast 90mm intake/TB, intake previous was ls6 and stock tb, i took out the pacesetters and did qtp hvmc headers, i took out a qtp ypipe added a kooks, cause qtp was junk, ground clearance among other things. I added asp pulley, previous was stock, added poly motor mounts also.

well i go to the track in about the same DA/air quality and pop off a 12.17 @ 116 not to mention the 1/8mile speed was about 2-3mph lower

i know alot of you are going to say the tune, i agree, but i would have figured it run a little faster even with the tune it has. im thinking its running out of fuel up top, I still have the stock 26lb injectors, what do you think?
Add injectors, new tune ill hit 120mph?

you are not the first. i read on here somewhere that a guy had the same problem until he got the car re-tuned then he picked up 40 more hp good luck!

i hope so , would be a bummer to put them mods on and run slower. It would Be nice if someone around here had hptuners or efilive to check it out.

+1 on tune. i can pretty much guarantee your A/F is screwed up horribly. QTP's with HVMC's have been dyno-proven to add 8 peak hp on a mildly modified internals car.

Well think of simple stuff to try first, like air and fuel filter and plugs. Then get the tune checked out.
