Default new exhaust idea input needed

i have mac mids and im thinking of cutting them right after the cats to pass visiual inspection and then going to a shop to have duals fabbed? with 2 (one on each side ) loudmouth bullet/ or shotgun resonaters and thats it... over the axle probably how do you think it will sound and anybody done anything like this before? thanks all!

any gains you'd get from a dual system on it is pretty much what you'd gain from a dual system on a stock manifold/cat setup

everyone else is probably thinking just go LT's

Don't modify headers....especially mid lengths. Just go FI so you don't have to fight the "good exhaust" fight. Stock it or Fock it.

reaLLY macs are that bad? just thought it would flow a bunch better with a TD setup from the mac's back...is this worthless cash spent?

yes. I would invest in some LT's and sell the Macs on Ebay or something. You will hardly be able to sell them on here just from all the flak they catch on not being as powerful as a long tube.

You are not really wanting flow as much as you are wanting scavenging. That is where power is derived from. Long tubes have excellent scavenging.

approx gains though? not worth my money i guess: ) thanks id rather spend it on a dry or towards a 12bolt i think its more economical of my money somewhere down the line maybe LT's the macs came with car so i havnt been the dumb one to put them on thanks orange i cant be losing more than 10 to 15hp though i dont think... if that
