Default true dual help.

hey i was wondering if anybody has any suggestions for me...i have a 99 camaro and was wanting to make it true dual. i heard the texas speed is the best i can get, but i'm not a big fan of the turn downs...i like the looks of the straight pipe, but i can't find any kits. I was going to make this a custom setup, but i don't wanna get raped on the price for labor. are there any affordable kits out there for true dual systems? thanks for the help

Over the axle? No. Your going to pay 1100 for a SS over the axle kit. If you want the cheapest way out go to a local shop and have them fab it for you. Dumped is the cheapest way out.

^^Yup, its going to cost ALOT to have a custom set-up ran over the axle. I went with TSP's x-pipe, and am soon going to have a shop fab some pipes UNDER the axle and out the back.

If I had to do it over again, I would have gone to a shop and had the over the axle bit done right off the bat. Get it done right off the bat and never look back.

I love my Bassanis, but they're $779. They bolt right to the factory exhaust - no exhaust shop needed.

$779 + shipping for mild steel. You can get it fabbed locally cheaper is my bet.

Good luck. No one would run my duals over axle. I tried 10 shops in a 50 mile radius. Everyone wanted to go under axle. I know there are some shops out there that will, as I've read threads people posted. Some got the as low as $400, some piad up to $1800. The Bassani was my only option for over axle. It's 2.5" mandrell bent, no kinks/wrinkles to impede flow.
