Default Help me fix my Car!!!!!

I put a new throttle body and my car has been running good, but the next day it was rainy as hell and i was driving through puddless of water for a while on my way to work when suddenly my car was struggling to run, and it kept dying , then it would turn fine but after a while the car would just die and have a weird idle, it was acting like a carburator, and i kept giving it gas to keep it alive. I was wondering if the rain had to do with any of this, I'm thinking that the water messup the o2 sensors since they were splice for my headers, or I was thinking that the water got to my maf? so what do yall think

What kind of intake do you have? Free ram air? Fast toys? SLP?

Did you make sure that you hooked everything back up? You don't need a hose pulling vac while driving in the rain. That is only going to feed water to your motor.

You are getting a misfire if the SES is blinking. Check your plugs and wires. You could have damaged your motor if water did go into it.

One cylinder may not be firing.

I checked out at autozone and i was right I need one 02 sensor, and it also says that is misfiring even thought the plugs look like they are in seated in correctly.

Bosch 13111's have long wires so you do not need an extension. I'm thinking water may have shorted out where you spliced them. I'm having trouble with the Bosch's right now because they are shorter than the stockers and they are not heating up and switching properly. Some people don't have problems with them and others do.
