No its not bad....It helped my car a lot as well because i had a flowmaster muffler.

Sounds good some D-dag said running cut outs I have true duals with cut out near the back seats. Said that is could hurt the engine some stupid stuff

yea just make sure you position it facing down enough you dont burn anything up with it , but overall done right its just as good as a catback
