Default I need quick help... drivers side manifold

its hanging on something, can't exactly tell what but I can't get it out... from the top or from the bottom how did y'all do it?

taking a step back to think and I'm not sure what it is.

Stock or not? and if stock did you take out plugs/wires? try taking a phone book ontop a jack and lifting the motor by the oil pan, give about another 1 or 1 1/2 of room

also the heat sheild on the bottom of the driver side floor pan gets in the way as well so take off them two small (7mm) bolts and remove the heat sheild

from the bottem, make sure the o2 sensors arnt hooked up

Mine did the same thing turned out it was stuck on a plug and I broke it out
