Its right under the rear passenger seat you can't miss it. There is a big indent in the floorboard. Do a couple searches for cutout location and I am sure you will see a few pictures.

forget one and go with two. put them right after your headers. i have longtubes and directly after them is my cutouts. sounds awesome. i had to do alil customizing on them, but it looks clean.
