What in the hell the point of a Cut-Out, and what are the gains/losses If any?

Doesn't matter how big they make the fonts on the Stickys, people aren't going to read them these days.

yeah well it has been the best mod ive done besides the headers. scares the **** out of people at WOT, and makes my car sound like an old muscle car.

The cutouts allow you to bypass your mufflers by opening a hole in the exhaust upstream. They will give you a couple horses and allow you to make your car obnoxiously loud at the push of a button.

It's not realy THAT loud with stock manifolds though. Also did anyone notice a decrease in mpg? It seems like i've had worse gas mileage since getting it installed but i havnt verified it yet. Would a bad weld job make your mpg decrease?

my buddy's 1999 Z, is the loudest thing i ever heard, sounds like DEATH coming for you. WOT is scary loud.
when hes crusin down the highway @ around 60 mph and does his ever so famous power shifts into 2nd and blows by me like a $%&*ing MISSILE its makes my ears ring.

I have been to many 1/4 tracks, so i know loud.

thats just u steping on the gas more often cause u have a cutout

ive noticed the same thing since my car has bene loud lol
its amazing the gas milage between shifting at like 2200 and 2700
