Default Wheres the best place to get........

Wheres the best place to get a new LS6 intake manifold, or should I go striaght to a dealer? I want a good deal but I want a genuine GM intake.

There's nothing wrong with the used ones, they don't really "wear out". SLP has a deal that comes with the intake and the coolant tubes/plugs you'll need. Check 'em out.

I would definatly NOT go to a stealership though. Bring your first born if you do.

Theres a guy selling a used one for $300, how is that for a used one?

Yup got mine from SLP and fit perfect didnt have to grind ribbs off the bottom or nething.

SLP has a good price for a new one. Mine was under $400 shipped, including the coolant pipes. Compared to $300 for a used one that will need coolant pipes or modification, I think the SLP is a good way to go.
