Default true duals at last

ok so as long as i have had this car i have wanted true duals. now i have joined th club. midas of all places did it for $400. i used chamber stick mufflers. 2 1/2 pipes straight back with no x or h pipe. holly sh@# it sounds good. in the low rpms it is quiet but give it some gas and it screems. now this is with manafolds and cats. ill post pics the next chance i get. dam i love these cars.

a lot of people are going to come out of the woodwork and yell at you for not having a midpipe (X/H-pipe). i am going to be one of them. you're costing yourself power by not having one and believe it or not, even tone.

glad you're happy. i just recommend you slap a simple balance tube in there (make it an H-pipe) so you pick up some power and make the sound even better.

very surprised to see someone do true duals with stock manifolds and cats. we're gonna need some pics and soundclips

I agree. Have em throw a pipe in there connecting the two straight pipes to make it an H. Shouldn't cost much at all to have done and best of all you'll deeper, smoother exhaust tone. Oh, and you'll get a few extra HP too
