Default RWHP

Hey guys,

How much HP LS1s put to the ground in stock trim. I know that 310 at the crank is underrated and just wanted to see some real numbers.

Thanks

Well, I think you will find that a [bone stock 98 A4] will be closer to 280. The 98s had **** poor exhaust manifolds and some PCM tuning issues. In fact, the 98 PCM don't even look the same visually than the rest of the years. Of course, change heads, cam, headers, LS6 intake, PCM tuning, and then they all become about the same (givin the same parts and transmission)

The later year cars put out just about what "chikn" stated.

Seems like the difference in dyno rwhp between simallarly modded cars becomes the difference in the dyno being used.

293rwhp from my bone stock '00 A4. Can't recall the exact rwtq. It was somewhere around 300.

I have an 02 CETA WS.6 and put down 325rwhp and 342rwtq with only a K&N filter and SLP lid. My cat-back went on after the dyno results, and I haven't been back to check it again.

Needless to say, I was thrilled.
