Question K&N Generation II FIPK

I want to hear some opinions about this kit...Seems like it would get dirty quick...Im curious as to what the gains are like, and if it makes any kind of sweet sucking noise hah. Is it worth the money? Critiques are appreciated.

Most people are going to say that it is not worth the money when you can buy a aftermarket lid for about $200 cheaper and get about the same results.
