I dunno...i just know that a lot of gm factory bolts for our motor aren't. I bought the LS1 for my g-body swap and it came without a starter bolt. The reason why i asked this question in the first place is because i was going to go to the local junk yard and get a few parts...and if the starter bolt was re-usable i would just grab one of those too instead of buying one from the local dealership. Thanks guys!
