I have the exact same set up and bought a pacesetter Y. I have yet to install it though. They all seem to take a little work to fit up.

Ihave kooks and there y-pipe with a maganaflow catback exhaust. I had to cut off the piece of pipe that goes into the I-pipe. Then shave off 3-4 inches and have it reweled. The rearson I cut it off was because the y and I were connecting at to low of an angle.

I have QTP's, a Pacesetter Y, and the stock CME with a Magnaflow muffler. My mechanic installed the Y for me when I had the clutch done since he had to chop the old exhaust off to get the trans out. To make things easier, he installed some flex couplers and secured the exhaust so there wouldn't be any floor banging issues. The flex couplers allow the engine to move and saved me from having to install poly mounts.
