Default SLP fan switch turns off TCS ???

i recently connected a slp fan switch and my tcs light came on.. is this normal?? does the fan switch also take off the traction control function?

I've had the SLP fan switch in for a couple of years and never had any interaction between the fans and the TCS rocker switch. I do have it mounted right beside but have put ample insulation in there.

Are you sure there isn't a wire shorting against the other switch or similar?

SLP makes a TCS switch too. Did you install that instead?

You got a wire that shouldn't be in their mixed up in it .. It has to be. The fan switch doesnt do anything with traction control

From what I remember, the install is very straight forward. Basically plug and play. Only part that left room for error was the grounding strap. Is it possible that you had a ground come loose?
