Default Fuel pressure / Tuning

I have a '99 Trans Am WS6. Can anyone tell me what the optimum fuel pressure should be for that car?

I have a Hypertuner programmer for the car. I was on the HRPT 2007 and Dynomax said I should have the car tuned instead of using the programmer. Does anyone have any opinions on this? If I have it tuned, where would a good place be?

well where are you located first. I also agree here, dump the hyper tech, it is junk compared to something like hp tuners.
