exhaust cutout???? is a exhaust cutout worth installing. i'm thinking about installing 1 right before the muffler. is there any real gains from this or is it mainly the sound it will make when i floor it. also my exhaust system is a 3 inch.....should i get a 3 inch cutout or will a 3 1/2 slide right over the 3 inch
