IMPORTANT!: All with aftermarket headers come in..
Hey Guys, just a heads up. Go out and check out where the emissions tube connects up to the header. For my '99 it is on the passenger side first exhaust port in the front. When My LTs were installed (FLP) the emissions tube and the AC condencer tube were rubbing together. I guess the installer did not catch it, and neither did I to be fair. But anyway the emissions tube has rubbed a hole in my AC condenser tube and it is leaking. Loosing charge bad. I am trying to patch it up with JB weld right now to no avail, it has too much pressure and it keeps bubbling the JB weld and blowing it off . Just a heads up for evryone.

I just checked my FLPs. The AIR connector is on the first exhaust primary on my '99. I also have at least 1 inch of clearance between the AIR tube and the Condenser tube.
Thanks for the heads up on this one.

Might want to get some of that rubber tubing that covers part of the condenser tubing so it also covers the part that is close the AIR tube. I guess this will probably help you out.

Whenever i did my macs i had the 98-2000 style and because my car is an 02 i had to bend the air tubes. and i did notice that it was rubbing the AC condenser tube, so i took a rubber hose and put it in between. I really hope that it wont get too hot. ill keep an eye on it. thanks!

You are right Tom, my mistake. It is the first exhaust primary- I will change it above.
The AC condenser tube is $75
[/quote]Is this the line from the condenser to the compressor(not at home to see)? If so, I may have it on my spar engine and could save you some duckies.

Hey man, thanks a bunch for the offer. Found out yesterday that they mis-quoted the price over the phone. It is the line that runs from the condenser back toward the firewall (all aluminum with a rubber sleeve in the front section), I ended up getting it wholesale for $38. I guess retail was around $50.
