it will hurt your gas mileage and take away some horsepower, how do i know bc mine is leaking and its right where the header and Y pipe meet. Hopefully getting custom true duals made by my friend who makes them fit great, will help.
oxygen getting in your exhaust before your o2's will make the computer think its lean causing a million problems, go get a muffler shop to patch it, i have to get my slp lt's patched about once every 5 months....
mess up the O2 sensors, lean could be really bad. Also if you get a tune with a leak then fix the leak you will need another tune. I fought with the exhaust a whole evening to stop it leaking just before the mufffler. Once fixed you should be good forever with stainless steel.
