torque specs for header install?

torque specs for header install? anybody know the torque specs for the header bolts and spark plugs? I'm doing a mac install today. thanks in advance

Re: torque specs for header install? Header bolts are done in 2 passes. first pass 11 ft/lbs and second 18. In this order 6-3-1-2-4-5. I just tighten mine up with a 1/4 air ratchet for the first pass then use a tq wrench for the second 18 ft/lbs pass. And spark plugs are 11 ft/lbs. Good luck and have fun with the passenger side.
