header install question
I have been reading some of the threads on header install. I have not seen anything about how to get the oil dip stick out of the way for the header to drop down. Any tips or help would be great. Thanks

There is one bolt, then "just pull it out". Mine got mangled and broke pulling it out. When I tried to extract the broken part, it got pushed into the pan. I put a new one in, and the broken one came out during my last oil change.

ya it is just one bolt but it is really hard to get out of the block. I pulled the dipstick out and put in a bolt into the dipstick tube. Then I put a visegrip on it and pulled really hard. Worked great.

this might be off topic but does anyone know why i'm having a rattle noise in the engine bay, just put on lt's and ory. everything is tight like its supposed to be, the only thing i can think of is 2 of my o2's are not hooked up. rattle noise is only when the engine rpms lower.

if ur by urself put the dipstick through the header form the top then get under the car and u can reach up to put it into the block. i just did lpp headers and they went in really easy. running like **** though i think i need a tune or 02 sensors.
